EXTANT’S POWER STUNTS
Extant can use his Age Manipulation on devices, including those that operate with a time limits (like  Green Lantern’s ring), forcing the gadget’s time limit to expire. He can use his Energy Absorption as a deadly attack against energy beings comprised of temporal energy (like Waverider). He also seems to have used his Energy Absorption to absorb the powers of a Linear Bracelet into himself.

PARALLAX’S POWER
Parallax’s powers are near omnipotent in scale and ability, but not in energy. As he uses them, his powers are drained. The larger the scale of the power use, the greater the reduction in power. In Zero Hour, for example, he was left without the power to even resist taking damage from a batarang or an arrow, but only after he fought with an assemblage of powerful heroes, including the Spectre, and created a universe. In game terms, treat this as a Minor Power Burnout affecting all of Parallax’s powers, but only if he is acting on a cosmic scale (or as the plot has need).

Write Ups: DRACULA! FRANKENSTEIN!

Here are the literary versions of the three greatest monsters of all time. I thought it was time that they were presented as their creators originally imagined them.

DRACULA’S REST
Once per day Dracula must rest in a coffin filled with his native soil using his Suspension power. He may also rest temporarily in unhallowed earth, such as the grave of a suicide, though presumably this leaves him not fully rested. While resting, he appears dead, foully smelling of decay and looking bloated with blood. However, he is aware of what is going on around him. In addition, any place he inhabits will eventually develop a stench of decay (thus he frequently chooses to live in decrepit surroundings). A wild rose placed on his resting place will prevent his moving from it. A Holy communion wafer or Crucifix placed in his resting place will prevent his using it.

DRACULA’S VULNERABILITIES
As an extremely old vampire (he was converted around 1470), he has several strange vulnerabilities:
Attack Vulnerability: Dracula can be harmed by Holy water and possibly the touch of communion wafer or sacred oil- such attacks have an AV/EV of 8;
Fatal Vulnerability: Dracula can only be killed if a stake is driven through his heart and he is subsequently decapitated;
Loss Vulnerability: In sunlight Dracula cannot use most of his powers- though he can still Shape Change at the hours of dawn, dusk, and noon
DRACULA’S GOTHIC CURSES
Dracula suffers from an array of peculiar drawbacks as a result of his undead curse:
Minor: He casts neither reflection nor shadow and a flame can occasionally be seen through him;
Serious: He must have an invitation to enter the first time he goes into a private residence (though once he has one, he has free reign);
Serious: He cannot bear the smell of garlic and will not approach within 3 APs of it;
Serious: He can only cross running water at low and high tides;
Serious: Dogs dislike Dracula and will bark at and/or attack him if able
Still the best cinematic Dracula!

Cushing is far too old for Victor, but he is Peter Cushing and the best on-screen Frankenstein so far.
