Write Ups: THE HULK! SHE HULK! TIGRA! PUNY BANNER!

Alter Ego, AVENGERS style!
This week I decided to do three of my favorite Marvel characters of all time!

You may notice that for Marvel, a lot of characters have unique options, like the Hulk's Endless Rage. Marvel seemed to have a thing for making every character highly unique in its early days. I've tried to capture that spirit by doing this. 
Marvel is very different from DC in that DC essentially reset their universe after Crisis on Infinite Earths, whereas Marvel's characters have been the same since 1963. Instead of a big, reset-button crisis, they used retcons, revisions, mutations, and character growth to make changes to their universe. It makes writing them up a far more lengthy and tricky process. Those unique power situations are the results of that approach to the characters. In addition, I have chosen to go with a write up of each character that presents a version of the character that I'd describe as 'classic'- having the most instantly familiar and consistent abilities of the character.

ENDLESS RAGE
The Hulk’s power is actually limitless. When his Power Reserve hits 0, he reduces his INT and INFL by 1 and his Power Reserve resets to 8 APs. His INT can go only as low to 0 APs, at which point, the Hulk is a mindless engine of destruction with a STR and BODY of 30 and an INFL of 2.

  2. Nope. Sorry, this is me working on 3 different house rules sets for three different systems. In AD&D it's usually called infravision or something similar. In DC Heroes, it's Thermal Vison. Corrected. Good catch. Thanks.

  3. INT 14 for Bruce Banner? No. Maximum 12. INT 14 would be applied to Reed Richards and Dr. Doom, who handles things as teleporters and time travel machines. The Hulk mystical and mental status would be almost equal to Solomon Grundy. Besides, where is your source to Hulk's physical, mental and mystical invulnerabilities? (Sorry by my poor English).

    2. Edit: Actually, in DC Heroes, there are no maximums for Mental and Mystical stats. 12 is regarded "more or less" as a maximum because it is what Batman has (Lex Luthor has 13, BTW).
      That said, good catch. 14 is too high for Banner. I fixed it.
      As for the Hulk's invulnerability- he is indestructible. That I have read, he is no more vulnerable to magical or psychic attacks than any others. However, I could be wrong. My knowledge of Marvel is not as extensive as DC.
