of radioactive material. Occasionally, he gets his hands on green kryptonite.
This affects Kryptonians in the usual way when his chest cavity is open. His
Energy Blast is generated from the heart and against it Kryptonians suffer a
-5 CS to OV/RV. In addition, his STR increases to 22 and his Energy Blast
increases to 14 when he is powered by kryptonite.
